Very pleasant and was easy to talk to.

Melissa is so cheerful and professional, I'm never going anywhere else. While other doctors hesitate and prod around uncertainly during an examination making the whole experience both awkward and painful, Melissa is so good at her job it is barely uncomfortable.

Dr. Cho is so informative and is one of the best OB-GYNs that I've had (3 in my life and two retired). When Dr. Rotolo retired , I was so happy that I was able to have Dr. Cho as the replacement. I am disappointed that she is leaving the practice.

Dr. Cho is such a kind and caring doctor. She always makes me feels comfortable and will never hesitate to address any of my concerns.

This is my second pregnancy with this office. Jen is thorough, takes her time to inform me and answer any questions and makes me feel completely comfortable. I never feel rushed and I have confidence in my team of doctors at this office.

My new patient visit for my annual gynecological exam was a wonderful experience. Jen was easy to talk to and empathetically listened to my concerns. She explained everything concerning the exam, informed me of my options clearly, and arranged for a discussion with another member of the staff for further (expert) advice. The exam itself was performed calmly and gently. The rest of the staff were also nice. I felt very well taken care of.

First time here. Everyone was so friendly and inviting I was a bit nervous but the environment and friendly atmosphere put me right at ease. I would recommend this place everyone was great and the doctor was super sweet and seemed to care and listen.

She was so kind and open to questions. She made everything feel normal and not uncomfortable. She answered all my questions truthfully and made sure i was confident with my choices!

My feedback is mostly about the experience and not Dr. Love specifically! However, Dr. Love answered my questions and understood my thoughts/concerns which relieved some of my birth control stress. I appreciate how attentive the staff was. It was great to meet Dr. Love to discuss birth control options, however the appointment ended up being less than 10 minutes, so having a telehealth option for shorter appointments would be appreciated. I think I would've gotten the same experience from telehealth, as I was mostly looking to talk to Dr. Love for the first time and get some questions answered. I was asked to call back in a few business days to set up another appointment, and was a frustrated when I was being asked questions that I completed a few days prior. I was under the impression that there would be a digital log of my answers by the time I was to set up my next appointment. I'm certain that it wasn't the fault of the person who took my call. There was also some mixed communication on when it was appropriate to reinsert an IUD. I recall asking Dr. Love if it mattered that it was the end of my period and it seemed like it could be inserted any time, but end of period is preferred, whereas the person scheduling my appointment seemed set on only scheduling it when it was the end of my period.
