The admin staff is pleasant and efficient, and the nurse that I see for my yearly physical is fantastic. Attentive, patient, asking the right questions. She even remembered which college my daughter was attending and asked how she was doing! I see this woman 30 minutes per year! It feels nice to be seen.

I have never left a doctors office with a smile on my face before my appointment here. I will never go to a different OBGYN. Update: Almost completely through my pregnancy and still the best doctors office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Love is personable and caring, always answering all our questions. My NP Jenn is an absolute angel, I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor in my life than I do with her. Highly highly recommend this office. From the front desk girls to the assistants, there is not one negative thing I can say about Burlington OBGYN.

I visited Burlington OBGYN last year after needing a colposcopy and previously having my pap smears done with my PCP. The colposcopy was as easy as it could be and Dr. Nayar was very gentle and explained the whole process to me and kept me at ease the whole time. I went back again today for my pap smear and saw Melissa, one of the NPs and she was like a little ray of sunshine. She was just the sweetest and talked through everything and made sure I was okay the whole time. Everyone was super nice and helpful, from the front desk to the women who took my vitals, etc. I would definitely recommend Burlington OBGYN to anyone.

I have been with Burlington OB/Gyn forever. Started WAY back in my teens/20s with Dr. Rotolo and stayed with him until his retirement. He saved my life after my first son was born, and convinced me it'd be okay to try for another - and I did, thankfully. He was a great man and will be missed dearly. Since seeing him, I've seen a number of people at BOBG and have been very pleased with Jennifer Arruda since. She connects, stays informed, is pleasant, and always takes time to listen if you need it. She's efficient and professional, but still warm and compassionate. Otherwise, I barely recognize anyone else at the practice these days - lots of unfamiliar faces who are going about doing their own things. I do miss knowing people's names (Shout out to Cathy, another wonderful person who always took the time to say hello, call me by name, and ask me how my boys were! Hopefully she is enjoying retirement by now.) I guess the times of getting to know folks and investing are a thing of the past.

I’ve been using Burlington OBGYN from the age of 16 to currently at almost 32, they are so professional, kind and courteous from the front desk to the ladies in the lab to the doctors to the women who call you about any billing or insurance questions they are all gems. I have felt nothing but comfortable at Burlington OBGYN and honestly look forward to my doctors visits because of their staff. Jennifer Arruda is one of the most wonderful people you will come across. She is intelligent, direct, but caring kind and also hilarious.
